University of Ulster

OZO Sanitized are delighted to be working with University of Ulster in Northern Ireland by supplying their lecture rooms with HEPA13 and UVC air purification machines.
Working with the estates staff, we worked to provide a number of air purification machines into computer rooms, lectures hall, classrooms  and campus shops. After a number consultative meetings, we worked with the University to provide equipment that would provide the recommended air changes for the spaces they required.
Our equipment was chosen as it is proven to SARS-COV-2 in the large spaces required by the university. Our machines have been independently tested to verify their ability to remove virus particles in a large space. This made our equipment the ideal choice for the university.

WHY UNiversity of Ulster chose OZO SANITIZED?

University of Ulster wanted to introduce a higher level of care for their  staff and students. The incredible features of the OZO DUO enable the air in their lecture rooms to be continually sterilised removing airborne viruses, pollen and dust. When researching, they struggled to find equipment that could boast the same capabilities of air flow for their lecture rooms. OZO Sanitized were delighted to partner and provide the solution to facilitate safer occupation of rooms for students and staff.

The University of Ulster was keen to understand how air purification could help their campus deliver a higher level of care to their staff and students.

After an initial consultation, OZO Sanitized suggested the equipment that would best meet their needs.

Following Health and Safety guidelines, businesses should look to get adequate ventilation and airflow into their premises. Opening a window isn't always sufficient so investing in air purification, can be the ultimate way of improving air quality.

Key considerations for air purification equipment are

  • Does the air purification machine have high-quality HEPA filters? Not all filters are of equal quality. It's important to have medical-grade filters.
  • Does the air purification machine have UV-C technology? UV-C is key to inactivating airborne pathogens
  • What airflow metrics does it have? It's important to have the right size of machine for your room size.
  • Is it noisy? It's important it sits seamlessly in your office/workspace and doesn't interrupt the working day.
